Civica’s new student accommodation Kragsbjergløkke will be ready for new tenants in February 2020.
In the planning of the project Civica has put a great emphasis on daylight in all 86 apartments, which are all studio apartments with a private kitchen and bathroom.
Besides the private apartments the new tenants will be able to gather in one of the two communal areas, which will have a gathering area and kitchen. We hope these communal areas will enable our tenants to engage each other in common interest such as cooking, board games, study groups and such.
Another important point for Civica was to ensure all the apartments would have a great indoor environment and use digital solutions. You will therefore be able to track your utility usage (water, heating and electricity) and the indoor environment (through measurements of the CO2 level) on a panel in your apartment. You will gain access to the building, your mailbox, the laundry room and more using an electronic key.
In the basement you will find the communal laundry room, a storage room for each apartment and bicycle parking. There is an elevator in the building and in the front of the building there are 30 parking spaces for cars. Behind the building there is a garden, which the tenants’ can use as much as they want.
Kragsbjergløkke is located in residential area with allotments on one side and houses on the other. In this area you will find plenty of light, space and an open view of the sky.
The 86 studio apartments can be rented with the tenancy contract starting February 1 2020 and key collection from Friday January 31 2020.
